Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities
• Support job posting and candidate sourcing activities
• Screen resumes and assist with candidate evaluation
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and interview panels
• Support panel coordination and interview logistics
• Maintain recruitment-related records and administrative tasks
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day talent acquisition activities

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in HR, HR Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
