Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions.
- Source and screen prospective candidates.
- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and gather feedback.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules.
- Support day-to-day talent acquisition and HR operations.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
- Prior HR, recruitment, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
