Responsibilities
- Provide support to engineers working on control systems projects.
- Assist in developing new control strategies.
- Support the hardware selection process.
- Configure human-machine interfaces.
- Provide commissioning support.
- Create and maintain databases used for storing recipes and other data.
- Troubleshoot issues found during commissioning or customer site support.
- Develop test procedures and perform testing.
- Generate technical documents including user manuals, system drawings, network layouts, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Manage project schedules and budgets.
- Support engineering activities related to software and hardware control systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with automation and control systems.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of configuring Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
