Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end network KPI monitoring.
- Perform alarm monitoring.
- Attend auto-generated incidents and perform initial checks.
- Perform incident triage, acknowledgment, and initial troubleshooting.
- Correlate incidents with known issues and past occurrences.
- Route incidents to L2 teams based on analysis and impact.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for incident follow-up.
- Manage emergency bridges for priority incidents.
- Conduct periodic network health checks and share reports.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, NOC processes, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in Telecom Networking or Technical NOC Operations.
- Good understanding of L1 NOC processes and SLA.
- Ability to understand and use monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Familiarity with alarm management and operational workflows.
- Strong English speaking and typing skills.
