About the role
Larsen and Toubro is hiring GenAI Trainees for a PAN India opportunity. The role focuses on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, computer vision, AI application development, and production deployment of AI/ML solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models. * Work on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning. * Develop AI solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and content-generation applications. * Build Computer Vision solutions including object detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, and OCR. * Perform EDA, data visualization, and support AI data pipelines. * Integrate AI/ML models with web, mobile, and enterprise applications using APIs and microservices. * Assist with model deployment, monitoring, testing, debugging, and optimization. * Conduct PoCs and research emerging AI/ML technologies. * Follow Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance standards. Requirements: * Strong fundamentals in Python, ML, Deep Learning, and Data Structures. * Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Computer Vision. * Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, YOLO, or similar frameworks. * Understanding of EDA, preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, APIs, Cloud, and Git.
