Responsibilities

• Work inside a delivery pod with senior engineers, backend developers, product managers, and designers.
• Build React components and manage application state.
• Integrate APIs into React applications.
• Implement responsive designs that work across devices.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint cycles.
• Debug issues and ship fixes.
• Take feedback, iterate, and improve software.
• Shadow existing code and understand the application architecture.
• Deploy small features and gradually take ownership of components and features.
• Ship features independently with code review and support.

Requirements

• Strong React fundamentals including Hooks such as useState, useEffect, and useCallback.
• Understanding of functional components and component lifecycle.
• Comfort with modern JavaScript (ES6+) including arrow functions, destructuring, promises, and async/await.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive layouts.
• Ability to fetch data from APIs and integrate it into React components.
• Basic Git knowledge including clone, commit, push, and pull.
• Internship, portfolio, hackathon, or deployed project experience demonstrating real code.
• Internship experience is required.
