Responsibilities
- Build AI-native software products for debt-settlement companies.
- Develop and improve voice agents, chat agents, AI data assistants, and multi-agent systems.
- Own customer problems end-to-end and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Work across the product and technology stack based on business requirements.
- Build production-grade AI products and workflows.
- Contribute to the development of a shared context layer for AI agents.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates from the 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to solve customer problems independently.
- Willingness to work in-office in Bangalore.
- Experience with production-grade AI products is a plus.
