Responsibilities
- Turn real-world AI failures into tasks that can be scored.
- Build datasets and gold labels for evaluating AI systems.
- Develop graders and automated evaluation checks.
- Build human review loops for AI evaluation.
- Identify and prevent reward hacking.
- Analyze production systems to discover LLM limitations.
- Review large volumes of AI traces and identify important failure cases.
- Work closely with the founders on AI evaluation and agent infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI agents and autonomous systems.
- Ability to analyze AI system behavior and traces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Experience building AI agents, evals, graders, or datasets is valuable.
