Responsibilities
- Research hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other target customers.
- Help develop Klidor’s positioning, messaging, personality, and tone of voice.
- Help establish consistent brand guidelines across customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to bring the brand to life.
- Build content pillars and a content calendar for Klidor.
- Develop content for LinkedIn, the website, and other relevant channels.
- Write website copy, articles, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Create content aimed at hotel owners, operators, and hospitality professionals.
- Support product announcements, campaigns, and launch activities.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market, competitor, and opportunity research.
- Support hiring and candidate coordination.
- Build trackers, presentations, documents, and simple processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to keep projects moving.
- Use AI tools to improve research, writing, and execution.
- Take ownership of small projects from idea to completion.
- Support other business priorities whenever required.
Requirements
- Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career applicant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic comfort with research, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Understanding of social media and digital content.
- Interest in startups, technology, hospitality, or SaaS businesses.
- Genuine interest in brands, storytelling, content, and growth.
- Ability to research customers, markets, and competitors.
- Ability to turn loosely defined ideas into practical next steps.
- Organized and able to follow through without repeated reminders.
- Curious, resourceful, and willing to figure things out independently.
