Responsibilities
- Take Voice AI projects from discovery and prototyping to production.
- Build AI agents that sound natural, follow instructions, and complete real tasks.
- Design prompts, conversation flows, tool calls, fallbacks, and guardrails.
- Build integrations with CRMs, scheduling tools, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Work with telephony, call routing, transfers, webhooks, and real-time audio.
- Test calls and investigate issues involving latency, LLM behavior, and integrations.
- Build customer demos and communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly.
- Turn recurring deployment patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Requirements
- Ability to build working software in any programming language.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, backend systems, and web applications.
- Experience or experimentation with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or tool calling.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work in ambiguous environments.
- Strong focus on reliability, edge cases, and end-user experience.
- Availability to work from the HSR Layout office in Bengaluru.
