Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot development, test, and production environments.
• Work with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and configuration management initiatives.
• Participate in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Support containerized and cloud-based deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of tasks and challenges.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
