Sprinklr is hiring Design Interns to help create intuitive, AI-native product experiences for one of the world's leading enterprise SaaS platforms. You'll collaborate with experienced product designers, researchers, and engineers to design user-centric interfaces, prototype new ideas, and contribute to products used by millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction flows for enterprise products
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers throughout the design process
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements
- Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns
- Prototype and experiment with AI-powered user experiences
- Present design concepts with clear storytelling and rationale
- Iterate on designs using user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input
Requirements
- 2025, 2026, or 2027 batch
- Portfolio showcasing 2-3 design projects with clear design process and outcomes
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability principles
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping
- Exposure to AI design tools such as Figma AI, Lovable, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Understanding of AI-first and agentic design principles is a plus
- Experience conducting user research, competitor analysis, or usability studies
- Ability to solve complex product problems through thoughtful design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
- Passion for product design and continuous learning
