The role focuses on developing scalable backend components for Bright's Smart Banking Platform using Python and Django, while solving complex engineering problems across lending and financial communication systems. Role & Responsibilities: * Develop, test, and deploy scalable components for Bright's Smart Banking Platform using Django and Python. * Develop smart algorithms and subsystems for lending and financial communications with users. * Design quick, simple, and effective solutions to complex engineering problems. * Work with data and SQL to generate actionable insights and support operational decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and product initiatives. * Analyze user acquisition and marketing-related data where required and make strategic recommendations. * Help improve team data skills and adoption of internal data tools.
