Responsibilities
- Handle, process, and program data for analytics solutions.
- Define requirements and support delivery of new or enhanced capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional solution requirements.
- Propose and implement improvements to products and processes.
- Develop automated solutions for sourcing and loading transcript data into databases.
- Analyze transcriptions using machine learning techniques.
- Build data extraction solutions for different document formats.
- Develop, improve, and run quantitative models.
- Generate machine learning solutions for core business processes.
- Work with business, content, and product teams on large-scale analytics problems.
- Build POCs, visualizations, and pipeline tools for product development.
- Work with development teams to deploy analytics solutions.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Perform testing and validation of tools and processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience programming in Python to production standards.
- Experience implementing AI/ML technologies.
- Experience with formal AI/ML system evaluation, including evaluation datasets and performance measures.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying statistical models using machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
- Proficiency with Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
- Proficiency with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills.
- Ability to handle large quantities of data.
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
