Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain AI models and algorithms
- Solve business problems using AI and machine learning technologies
- Develop custom machine learning models
- Leverage Generative AI technologies and cognitive APIs
- Design and build solutions to train AI models
- Monitor and deploy AI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the AI development lifecycle
- Perform monitoring and alerting of AI systems
- Troubleshoot AI systems and production issues
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Perform data processing, analytics and visualization
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph
- Working knowledge of LLM architectural patterns such as RAG
- Understanding of LLM evaluation techniques including LLM as a Judge
- Experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, Matplotlib, Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
- Strong software engineering skills
- Strong data processing and analytics skills
- Strong data visualization skills
- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a numerate discipline
