About the role
eClerx is hiring Data Science Interns to work on real-world analytics and machine learning projects involving structured and unstructured data. Interns will collaborate with data scientists to develop insights, dashboards, and predictive models.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Develop machine learning models using Python libraries.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Create dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams.
- Maintain documentation for datasets and experiments.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
