Spyne is hiring Data Engineers in Gurugram with 3-5 years of experience in data engineering and ownership of production-grade data warehouse or analytics infrastructure. The role focuses on ClickHouse, ELT and CDC pipelines, complex data modeling, streaming architectures, AWS data infrastructure, and multi-database systems. Candidates will work with technologies including Kafka, Debezium, AWS DMS, AWS MSK, SQS, Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Python, and SQL. Responsibilities
- Own and maintain production-grade data warehouse and analytics infrastructure.
- Design and optimize ClickHouse data infrastructure, including engines, materialized views, partitioning, and query performance.
- Build and maintain ELT and CDC pipelines using Debezium, Kafka, ClickPipes, and AWS DMS.
- Design complex data models, including parsing nested JSON and modeling MongoDB Atlas data into analytical schemas.
- Build and maintain streaming architectures using Apache Kafka, AWS MSK, AWS SQS, and AWS Lambda.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines across AWS data infrastructure.
- Work with multiple databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Write production-quality Python and SQL for data engineering workflows.
- Improve data reliability, scalability, and performance across analytical systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data engineering.
- Experience owning production-grade data warehouse or analytics infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on experience with ClickHouse, including engines, materialized views, partitioning, and optimization.
- Experience building ELT and CDC pipelines.
- Experience with Debezium, Kafka, ClickPipes, or AWS DMS.
- Strong data modeling skills, including working with nested JSON and MongoDB Atlas data.
- Experience with streaming architectures.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka, AWS MSK, AWS SQS, and AWS Lambda.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
