Responsibilities
- Build reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.
- Develop automations for recurring analytical and business workflows.
- Analyze growth, marketing, product, operations, and supply-side problems.
- Work with senior analysts and leadership on complex analytical projects.
- Investigate business metrics and understand the factors driving changes.
- Analyze conversion funnels, attribution models, supplier economics, and product experiments.
- Translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Own meaningful analytical workstreams as experience grows.
- Document analytical findings and communicate insights clearly.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs.
- Ability to debug and optimize slow SQL queries.
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, or analysis.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of analytical problems.
- Ability to communicate findings and insights effectively.
