Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Translate business problems into data-driven insights.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to maintain data quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Create and maintain analytics reports and interactive dashboards.
• Use SQL to query and analyze data.
• Use Python, including Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis.
• Work with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Contribute to data-driven decision making across business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Data Analytics or a related role.
• Freshers with strong academic or personal analytics projects are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic to intermediate Python including Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of statistics and data visualization principles.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and data validation techniques.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven insights.
