Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring Consultants for its Oracle Cloud Stack Development team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure SaaS solutions in a multi-cloud environment. Engineers will work primarily with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, JPA, JMS, Apache Camel, Kafka, Redis, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and SAP Cloud Platform. Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for SaaS products.
- Develop backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver the product roadmap.
- Build clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the software stack.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and efficiency.
- Work with distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud deployment and application monitoring.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Software Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with SaaS product development and multi-cloud environments is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with JPA, JMS, Apache Camel, Kafka, and Redis.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
