About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and executing programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators.
- Review initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with mid-level managers and cross-functional business partners.
- Research and report on issues such as company hierarchy building (parent to subsidiaries).
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Requirements
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking.
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in financial analysis and with CRM systems including Salesforce.com.
