Responsibilities
- Make 60+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads.
- Introduce Instawork's platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.
- Guide potential partners through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads.
- Share market feedback, lead quality insights, and common objections to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Hindi.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident phone presence.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior calling or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
