Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across acquisition and conversion.
• Improve customer retention, repeat usage, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Use SQL, Excel, and dashboards to solve business problems.
• Formulate, test, and validate growth hypotheses using structured frameworks.
• Convert analysis and recommendations into pilots and implementation initiatives.
• Monitor city-level and channel-level performance metrics such as orders, AOV, CAC, conversion, and attach rate.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Data/BI, and Category teams.
• Convert business insights into well-defined initiatives with clear owners and success metrics.
• Drive initiatives from analysis through execution and implementation.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data-driven business problems, including internships.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work independently with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, contribution margin, and unit economics.
