About the role

Twinline Business Solutions is hiring Business Analyst Interns in Gurgaon for an internship opportunity with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, creating BRDs and FRDs, developing user stories and use cases, conducting process-mapping sessions, supporting Agile/Scrum ceremonies and UAT, and analyzing business processes. Interns will collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Compliance teams while contributing to FinTech, banking, lending, and digital solution projects.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
Conduct requirement workshops and process-mapping sessions.
Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Compliance teams.
Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

Understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good client and stakeholder interaction skills.
