About the role
Twinline Business Solutions is hiring Business Analyst Interns in Gurgaon for an internship opportunity with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, creating BRDs and FRDs, developing user stories and use cases, conducting process-mapping sessions, supporting Agile/Scrum ceremonies and UAT, and analyzing business processes. Interns will collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Compliance teams while contributing to FinTech, banking, lending, and digital solution projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Conduct requirement workshops and process-mapping sessions.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Compliance teams.
- Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Define acceptance criteria.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Contribute to FinTech, banking, lending, and digital solution initiatives.
Requirements
- Understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good client and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Interest in FinTech, banking, payments, lending, or financial services.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Data Analytics is a plus.
