- Understand and document business and client requirements, including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct basic business and data analysis and track updates via Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
- Support identification of business problems and perform competitor/market research.
Requirements
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Business Analysis / IT Business Analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
