Responsibilities
- Analyze business, customer, and portfolio data to generate actionable insights.
- Perform Funnel Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Work with bureau and transactional data to evaluate customer behavior and portfolio performance.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and business analysis.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Business, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregate Functions, and Analytical Queries.
- Good understanding of Business Analytics, Funnel Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
