Responsibilities
- Support Technical Product Owners in managing product backlogs
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and software requirements
- Analyze business problems and translate them into technical solutions
- Coordinate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Participate in solution design and product strategy discussions
- Guide junior Business Analysts and improve BA processes
- Support software delivery throughout the SDLC
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple projects
- Perform data analysis using SQL and APIs
- Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance domain is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data exploration
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and BDD practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Angular, Java, MongoDB, and Kafka is desirable
- German language skills are an added advantage
