Responsibilities
- Investigate and process fraud and dispute cases using TDR
- Manage the complete chargeback lifecycle according to association rules
- Process retrieval requests and supporting documentation
- Handle first-cycle chargebacks, representments, and pre-arbitration cases
- Analyze fraud trends and prepare operational reports
- Conduct transaction verification with cardholders
- Ensure compliance with PCI standards and internal quality processes
- Collaborate with fraud strategy teams and law enforcement when required
- Mentor new team members on chargeback processes
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in Credit Card Operations, Financial Services, or Risk Operations
- Experience with recoveries and chargeback processing
- Knowledge of card association rules and regulations
- TS2/TDR knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work rotational evening shifts and weekends
- Strong multitasking, customer service, and teamwork skills
