Responsibilities
- Support integration projects with external game providers and casino operators under senior engineer guidance.
- Participate in technical workshops and integration calls with customers.
- Assist in the analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of integrated software systems.
- Contribute to second-level technical support for integration issues.
- Document integration steps, findings, and outcomes accurately in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure delivery continuity.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with international colleagues and customers.
- Basic understanding of HTTP and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for troubleshooting.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to work as part of a distributed team.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of managing tasks independently after training.
