Responsibilities

• Drive the agentic evolution of internal business engines by turning human-dependent workflows into intelligent systems.
• Build data and AI products across the customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and growth funnel.
• Build buyer-facing products that provide actionable intelligence to users.
• Prototype initial versions of products and solutions independently.
• Work directly with engineering, design, business, analytics, and commercial teams across regions.
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and drive initiatives through execution.

Requirements

• Graduates from top-tier institutes such as IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent.
• Strong product thinking and ability to frame, size, and prioritize problems.
• Strong data thinking and understanding of data grain, structure, and identity.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Understanding of machine learning modeling fundamentals.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt design, tool use, and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience building AI or agentic systems.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems.
• Strong attention to depth and analytical thinking.
