Responsibilities
- Own the lending lifecycle across acquisition, onboarding, credit-modeling, and post-sales service.
- Optimize conversion funnels to drive feature adoption and improve customer journeys.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and operations teams.
- Create and maintain product requirements and user stories.
- Develop wireframes and collaborate with design teams on product experiences.
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate customer and business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
- Support product launches and track feature performance after release.
Requirements
- 0.6 to 1 year of experience in Product Management.
- Strong understanding of PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
- B.Tech degree from IITs or BITS Pilani is a strict prerequisite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of product development and customer journeys.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, legal, and operations teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
