Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for an internal customer-data platform.
- Define and prioritize features for internal support, operations, and account management teams.
- Partner with engineering to scale platform architecture and workflows.
- Translate operational needs into clear product requirements.
- Design and improve admin-panel workflows to reduce manual work.
- Set adoption and efficiency metrics and use data to guide product priorities.
- Own features from prioritization through to successful delivery and adoption.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of product management experience.
- Meaningful experience building or owning internal tools, ERPs, or admin panels.
- Ability to design internal-facing workflows without significant ramp-up time.
- B2B product experience with internal or enterprise users.
- Experience scaling a SaaS product beyond its early stage.
- Understanding of roadmap and architecture trade-offs associated with growing usage.
