Responsibilities

• Provide technical and DevOps support.
• Support Salesforce-related platforms and applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using a structured problem-solving approach.
• Research solutions and navigate knowledge bases to resolve customer issues.
• Document technical cases accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers through live support.
• Collaborate with global and distributed teams.
• Work adaptable hours, including shifts supporting global SLAs.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Technical Support, DevOps Support, Salesforce Support, or a similar technical role.
• Freshers are welcome with a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Administration, Development, Support, QA, or DevOps, are eligible.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce platforms and DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications, APIs, XML, SQL, Git, and version control systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and research solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global, distributed teams.
