Responsibilities
- Dive deep into production systems utilizing LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and APIs.
- Own things end-to-end: from data preprocessing and prototyping to testing and deployment.
- Work with an advanced agentic stack including Python, FastAPI, LangChain, and Qdrant.
- Build and improve production AI systems.
- Develop evaluations and testing harnesses for AI systems.
- Implement observability and reliability practices for AI applications.
- Experiment with the latest open-source models and frameworks.
Requirements
- Solid ML fundamentals paired with a strong software engineering mentality.
- A builder mindset with an interest in evaluations, testing harnesses, and observability.
- Ability to work across the complete AI development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and software engineering fundamentals.
- Willingness to experiment with the latest open-source models and frameworks.
