Responsibilities
- Partner with functional channel owners, business stakeholders, data science users, and technology teams to deliver analytical solutions.
- Apply data mining techniques including regression analysis, clustering, and decision trees.
- Explore and integrate emerging AI and GenAI techniques into analytics solutions.
- Develop analytical strategies for gaming prevention and profitable customer acquisition.
- Design prospect marketing analytics using machine learning and advanced methodologies.
- Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and define success metrics for analytical initiatives.
- Prioritize work based on the most impactful business opportunities.
- Derive insights from data and ensure they are translated into meaningful business impact.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across teams and geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- PhD candidates with relevant quantitative backgrounds may also qualify.
- Hands-on exposure to data science tools and techniques.
- Experience or knowledge of Big Data, PySpark, Hive, Scala, and Python.
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to an evolving analytics landscape.
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques applied to business problems.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate analytical findings clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects through cross-functional collaboration.
