Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines
- Complete day-to-day operational deliverables
- Prepare and submit daily checklists
- Resolve issues and escalate complex matters to supervisors or experts
- Track trends within daily SLA/KRA deliverables
- Work with supervisors to improve process and procedure knowledge
- Identify and resolve problems within established guidelines
- Create and execute formal and function-specific reports
- Follow incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures
- Monitor operational risks arising from processes
- Work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Develop proficiency across all areas of the role
Requirements
- College or University degree
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic functional or industry knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
