Responsibilities
- Analyze live customer conversations with the AI assistant to identify wrong responses, missed intent, bad recommendations, and failed orders.
- Identify patterns across customer conversations and turn them into specific, actionable solutions.
- Visit participating stores to understand factors that could drive adoption from staff and customer perspectives.
- Run small experiments such as messaging and store-level nudges to measure their impact on adoption.
- Drive real-time changes through strategic user-flow insights.
- Investigate issues deeply to understand their underlying causes.
Requirements
- Naturally curious and willing to investigate why something happened until the underlying reason is understood.
- Ability to analyze messy, unstructured conversations and identify patterns.
- Comfortable interacting with customers as well as analyzing chat logs.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape an evolving pilot.
- Coding is not required.
- Strong product sense, curiosity, and structured thinking.
