Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered chatbots using Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, Prompt Flow, and Cognitive Search.
- Develop conversational workflows for engineering, operations, and project management teams.
- Integrate AI chatbots with Teams, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and engineering data.
- Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific datasets for engineering and EPC tasks.
- Develop and deploy deep learning-based video analytics models for PPE detection, safety violations, site hazard identification, and activity tracking.
- Implement vision models such as YOLOv8 and Detectron2 for object detection, tracking, and anomaly detection.
- Integrate video analytics pipelines with Azure services including Blob Storage, Functions, AI models, and dashboards.
- Build systems for automatic MTO extraction from P&IDs using computer vision, OCR, graph-based entity mapping, NLP, and LLM reasoning.
- Develop AI agent workflows for cross-verifying P&IDs, 3D models, line lists, and engineering documents.
- Build models for engineering drawing analysis, tolerance checks, metadata reconciliation, and compliance validation.
- Work with Azure AI Foundry to fine-tune models for engineering drawing audit automation.
- Support the development of autonomous and agentic AI systems for EPC workflows.
- Develop and optimize intelligent systems for real-world engineering applications.
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams on AI/ML solutions and integrations.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related specialization.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning.
- Strong understanding of transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and LLM behavior.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services including Vision, Document Intelligence, and Search.
- Knowledge of Azure ML, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Blob Storage.
- Knowledge of computer vision technologies such as YOLOv8, Detectron2, and OpenCV.
- Knowledge of OCR technologies such as Azure OCR / Form Recognizer.
- Knowledge of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG.
- Good understanding of DevOps, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to understand complex engineering workflows.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.
