Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale production-grade LLM and agentic systems.
- Build AI workflows involving context engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, memory, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
- Design and implement RAG and retrieval systems.
- Build low-latency, high-throughput backend services and APIs.
- Evaluate open-source and closed-source AI models.
- Build evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Implement testing, observability, monitoring, and controlled rollouts.
- Build event-driven, asynchronous, and real-time AI systems.
- Own AI systems from design through deployment and operation.
- Debug issues across the AI, backend, data, and infrastructure stack.
- Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, QA, and customer teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of professional experience.
- Strong Python programming fundamentals.
- Understanding of data structures, APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Working knowledge of large language models and prompt engineering.
- Experience or exposure to API-based LLM integrations.
- Exposure to or strong interest in ASR, TTS, or NLU.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
