About the role
GIVA is looking for passionate AI Engineers to build production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models. You'll work on cutting-edge AI systems including RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and production deployments while collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver real-world AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build production-ready AI features using Large Language Models
- Develop and optimize prompts, APIs, and supporting application code
- Implement RAG pipelines using chunking, embeddings, and vector databases
- Build autonomous AI agents with tool calling and multi-step workflows
- Evaluate and benchmark foundation models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source providers
- Create evaluation datasets and perform A/B testing for prompt optimization
- Deploy AI applications with monitoring, logging, and cost optimization
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI systems
Requirements
- 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduate
- 0-2 years of experience with a strong engineering or Machine Learning background
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on AI projects, hackathons, research, or personal projects
- Experience with Git and debugging tools
- Ability to quickly build prototypes and iterate based on feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building real-world AI products
